Due to the nature of the products we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any product that comes into contact with any body part or fluid unless there is a manufacturer defect.

These products include but are not limited to Vibrators, Dildos, Douche, Enema, Anal Toys, Cock Rings, Cock Sleeves, Lubricants, massage oils, condoms, body paints, lingerie, and menswear.

Once these products leave our warehouse they are considered used and become not returnable. Should you believe there to be a manufacturer defect please record the nature and contact us. Defective products can only be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
